Why take supplements?
Let me ask you this question: When was the last time you have eaten an adrenal gland? Did you just throw up a little? Most of us would. We have become refined, just like our food, and I don’t mean that in a good way.
The foods that were prized in traditional healthy cultures are now either forgotten or despised. But our biological needs have not followed our changing palate. People become obese while starving for nutrition that never comes. Evidence of malnutrition is everywhere. How many children require braces? How many can’t focus? How many are looking more androgenous with each new generation? How many women have trouble giving birth because of narrow hips? All of these examples are a direct consequence of malnutrition.

Why Standard Process?
The supplements I recommend are made by Standard Process, a company founded by Dr. Royal Lee, a contemporary of Weston Price. He was a genius ahead of his time who invented both the supplements and most of the equipment used to produce them. Dr. Lee understood the value of living raw supplement before the word was popular – we are talking of more than eight decades of proven success.
It is not enough to just provide nutrients. To be usable, nutrients need living units of life which carry the functional template to be delivered alongside. We can compare it to the blueprint that is delivered along with the building materials; how well would your new house look or even stand, if you were given materials only, without the blueprint?
