Nutritional Consultations by Email – $40

Provide the following contact information: your name, shipping address and phone number. Submit the payment via Paypal to shininghealth@gmx.com or ask for the invoice. Provide the list of your current health concerns/symptoms, along with a five day food diary or a description of your diet, your blood type if you know it, your age and activity level. You will receive the list of nutritional and supplement recommendations. Once you approve the supplement recommendations, you will receive the invoice for the cost of supplements. Upon completing the payment, they will be sent to you.
